I gave up my smartphone, I think that using only a computer is much more limited and healthy, the computer does not have the same addictive mechanism as the smartphone, but it also requires moderation, I am simply forced to go out and socialize in some way, I have more energy and focus because I do not ruin my dopamine, I use an old cell phone with mp3 to listen to music, because I feel some emotional pain for not yet having a social life and friends, especially a girlfriend.

14 days so far for me. Sounds like nothing but it's everything for me to make it this far. I'm just suffering through it and accepting that I'm gonna suffer for years since i did this to myself. I hate that I even desire it but I know its because of extreme loneliness and lack of desire from woman so I self sympathize in that way knowing that it only makes sense for how my life has gone. Im 28 and I've never known a woman in that way and it's very soul destroying accepting that. I'm doing everything to get my life together but I'm not actually even good for a woman to be honest. Even if I looked immaculate and had money I'd be just as insecure and pathetic. I'm only stopping because I doubt I have much longer to live so why not. Just wanna die with some dignity.

You can change yourself brother. Having the awareness and courage to change yourself is WAY MORE than most people have. Most people stay stuck in their dream of hell forever. YOU CAN CHANGE. You can become who you want to be. I’m on the path as well, I’m not who I want to be yet but I’ve come a long way. Keep learning and keep practicing. Read books that better yourself. Go to the gym, take care of your body and your mind and it will take care of you. I highly recommend the book The Four Agreements and many other books by Don Miguel Ruiz and his son. Read the mastery of love. Read the atomic habits. Believe in yourself. 28 years old is far from too late. The next 5 years will pass no matter what, who are you going to be in 5 years? Will you be the same or will you look back and be proud of the progress and effort you made to change yourself.

I’ve skipped food for 7-8 years and usually eat once a day… I work with Holistic and natural Medicine and therapies and actually feel better than ever. One time I fasted for a year and a half and it was great. (Coconut water only)

I want to say that this is one of the best and truest things I have ever heard anyone say on youtube. I came to the same conclusion when I started practicing intermittent fasting and semen retention. Before that I had to have a sleep after breakfast. I morning fast just made me on the ball. I got stuff done. I still pass out after lunch most days if its a big lunch. If I have a tiny lunch I can get through. People who eat 3 meals a days eventually look rounded, puffed up, and fat. Humans weren't meant to be fatties, we were meant to be hunters and providers. If I ever get a girlfriend I will tell her that there will be no morning sex. I am happy to go every night but night first thing in the morning. Thank you so much for this.

We need each other more than we think. Just think of old age. Being alone with a computer might just not cut it. But also right now. Without men women have nothing that they need for their protection and comfort. No houses, infrastructure (streets, trains, planes, hospitals, schools), food, security...
