That press conference looked like an audition for an acting role. Reese brought everything on herself. A sports illustrated shoot does things. Hailey got embarrassed. Personally, I don't care for her, but it was kind of sad to see her endure that embarrassment. LSU lost that game because Kim Mulkey had no clue what to do with Caitlin Clark. Last year, LSU had a much better team. They were world beaters (except any time they played South Carolina, of course). They were expected to win once South Carolina lost. Iowa had no chance. This year, Iowa got so much better, and LSU regressed. Hailey did not fit into that system AT ALL. She was a star player at Louisville, and for whatever reason, she wanted to play for LSU. Mulkey had no clue how to use Hailey. She had no clue. Hailey couldn't guard any of the better point guards all season. What made Mulkey think she could hang with Caitlin Clark? (Let's be honest... no one on that team could guard her)
