Haven't seen Aston Hall from that angle before. Very nice! Bit of an undiscovered gem in Birmingham...

The price of the apartments must go up the higher you go up . Are they putting any restaurants or viewing points at the top .. and we’re does everyone park to live there …looks nice I came in to city yesterday and could see it 👍🏻

Japanese knotweed all over the site btw The land was initially deemed unsuitable and businesses closed because of that. Not a problem any more it seems. Oh wait. The bigger deal was the apparently urgent need for industrial warehouses A levelling up grant was applied for and granted based on there being warehouses on that land by 2027.... Not a problem any more it seems, but what happened to the money, bcc?🤔

Tom Wagner has not the slightest intention of building a 60000 seat stadium sports quarter on that piece of land. He has made the majority of his money from real estate investments and knowing that that piece of land is within 100m of the HST hub into Europe for all passengers and freight for the whole of the North of the UK only a fool would build something that he would have to continually invest in and gamble on any returns. Do the maths a couple of thousand apartments hotels shopping and leisure complex’s would generate profits of well over 750 million in just sales alone not a bad return for 48 million and that’s without even touching the European freight warehouses and logistics side of it. The man has hardly mentioned the rebuilding of a team that will be in 4 weeks thread bare when the contracts run out on half the squad no matter how bad some where and at one point of the season sixth in the league. Why build a 60000 seat stadium when Harry Potter and all the wizards at hogwarts wouldn’t have enough magic to fill it

They've consistently spoken about the extra revenue through the social media sponsorship to fund more players. He even said it'll just cost him a few more million if we go down. Knightshead have a mixed portfolio long term investments so again cherry picking information. Some fans just want them to fail
