I don't know if KZbin has deleted my comment, so here's what I wrote without the link: First, let me state that I didn't vote for Biden. But I also didn't vote for Trump. I actually view both men as being wicked, but in differing ways although they do have similarities. Not too long ago, Biden was quoted in the press as saying that the US's "hands were tied" by the Trump Administration. That statement is both true and false. First, the true part of the statement: in accordance with "The Trump Doctrine" (i.e. America and its interests are *first* in all matters, including foreign policy), the Trump Admin did enter into a binding agreement with the Taliban last year. If you haven't read the full text of the agreement, here it is: [here's where my link was] So it's abundantly clear that President Trump, in an effort to put "America First," felt it was in the US's best interests to commit to a timeline for withdrawal from Afghanistan. There is one element that jumps out at me about this agreement, though: it repeatedly refers to "enforcement mechanisms" but doesn't state explicitly *what* those mechanisms are. Further, we are told that "The United States and its allies will refrain from the threat or the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Afghanistan or intervening in its domestic affairs." So in considering both of these things together, we must infer that: 1) a separate agreement of "enforcement mechanisms" exists which has not been made public; and 2) the enforcement does not involve the US coming back in and performing this itself. At this point, we have to take a step back and remind ourselves that, from the very beginning, President Trump stated it was his firm belief that Israel and the "moderate" Muslim nations should be the ones policing their own backyards -- *not* the US. With the rise of the Abraham Accords (as well as other countries such as Saudi Arabia stepping forward in private voice their support), we saw a *key element* of Trump's Middle East policy solidifying: if you read the full text of these Accords, there is a "mutual defense" agreement, as well as agreements that these nations mutually participate in eliminating terrorism in the Middle East. I cannot stress how prophetically significant this is. If you compare the description of the 10 Psalm 83 nations with the description of the 10 Revelation 17 nations, it's pretty clear this is the same group. This rising group of nations + Israel is, I believe, the military arm of the Beast. As you know, Iran is well on its way to controlling the West Bank via the upcoming elections; it already controls Gaza, Lebanon and has significant forces in Southern Syria, Jordan and other key locations. It's only a matter of time before Iran instigates a major conflict in the region. This will, I suspect, prompt the Beast to respond as per Daniel 7:7. Now for the false part of Biden's claim that his "hands were tied" by the Trump Administration's treaty: as I wrote above, there most certainly are "enforcement mechanisms" which are unknown to us. However, at this point, I see no indication the Biden Administration has activated these, as the Taliban have already breached the Treaty. *THIS* is where Biden's hands are covered in blood. Of course, this enforcement activity could be taking place in secret and I pray to G-d that it is. But so far, many people have already died as Biden sits back in his rocking chair and nods off to sleep.

The book I was trying to think of is Caesar's Last Breath by Sam Kean. Very nerdy, but I found it fascinating. :-)

I remember right after the economic portion of Jared Kushner's peace plan was released, the few Palestinian businessmen who were brave enough to participate were relentlessly intimidated by Hamas and PIJ; some were beaten senseless. And any Palestinian who dares sell his property to a Jew will be jailed, beaten and "disappear." This is the campaign of intimidation that the terrorists have been running for years. Some are still brave enough to say something, but it's like trying to talk over the noise of a waterfall. Honestly, I think that in order to truly change the narrative, the dynamic itself needs to change. Terrorists need to be eradicated from Gaza and the "West Bank." There's only one way to do that. I do suspect it's coming and that Israel will not be alone when it reaches this point.

So what happened?!

Iran, Hamas, PIJ, Hezbollah ... they're acting as rodefim. You're right, it isn't wrong to protect the innocent by killing a rodef. The other day, a MK said that even if Hamas or PIJ fires a rocket by mistake, Israel will kill all their leaders. I believe it, too -- but of course the world would condemn them for acting "disproportionately."

The sad thing is that we have liberal Jews like Bernie Sanders, Sarah Silverman, et al, who don't see anything to support when they look at Israel. There is a spiritual, emotional and physical disconnect there, resulting in the loss of a part of themselves that should be integral within the heart of *every* Jew. It makes me want to shake them by the shoulders and ask, "what's gotten into you that you'd sell your birthright for a bowl of lentils?" Another thing that bothers me about these liberals is that gentiles listen to them and say, "well, if it's ok for a Jew to think/say/do that, then it must be ok for me to do the same." The phrase "shanda for the goyim" comes to mind 😟

You only exist because the God of Israel, and His Messiah. I pray for your people.
