I remember that the goblin were the best to deal with enforcers,since the burst fire is really accurate. If my memory don't fail me,one if the guards you knockdown in one of the checkpoints have one. There's another version of it and it's one of the best guns in the game,it's a suppressed version,you get it by completing one if the side objectives.
