As someone who was locked at 1600 iR with a DD base, a loadcell pedal made the biggest difference with consistent and intentional trail braking. A couple weeks later I'm at 3k and still climbing. I remember reading and ignoring how a loadcell brake is the most important thing, but it's true

I don't currently have a load cell pedal, might have to make the purchase for some though.

We went from a G29 to a G Pro wheel with load cell pedals, the DD wheel goes up to 11nM and the feel is way better. Made both my son and I better faster racers. As for the cost..... save money somewhere else to put toward good sim gear, if you are going stay in it.

For beginners I would recommend ACC with lfm, or GT7. If you like simracing as a whole then its worth to invest in iRacing

I haven't tried LMU or RF2 so I can't comment on it. I have heard good things though.

LMU is so much fun! It´s a little bit more forgiving than Iracing, you can go much more agressive in the corners, the cars (LMPH, LMP2 and GT) have more grip than the Iracing cars I think. And you can adjust better the traction control/abs to your taste. And other thing. The AI is very, very fast when they exit the corners. This brings so much nice battles.

agreed with u, i tried acc, ac and am2, they feel floating, only iracing have the best physique, the graphic is good now except the old track, need to remaster like okayama track

Exactly! Iracings graphics aren’t bad, just not as good as what ACC and AC can be.

Ive got the G923 and just got the Truebreak pedal mod which makes it night and day. Honestly if you own these logitech wheel and pedal set get yourself the Truebreak pedal mod because it a huge upgrade for only £60. Instantly over half a second and in some tracks over a second quicker per lap.

Im not sure, I had gotten the rain FX before I had heard of pure so I’ve never tried it without.

I have my g29 for about 3 years and haven't gone a single week of not using it, if you find one used for a good price then it's well worth it.
