Hi, thank you for such a good recipe. I will make it tomorrow. You probably know this and prefer using it the way you do, but your jar holder is upside down. You can only use one hand when it’s the other way. (The green around jars) Have a Great week!!

I use apple juice or apple cider in place of the water, otherwise it is the same. I also have canned my pumpkin butter and never had any issues with it. Thanks for the video.

Should always wipe down the jar lid before putting lid on to be sure and get good seal

Just do a small test and see if your paints are compatible. I haven't found any thar aren't yet

Does this recipe harden a lot overnight? I made a sugar scrub one day and it was perrrrrrfect. But then the next day it was really hard

The paint is a fluid acrylic craft paint, latex house paint also works for this. No, the plates would become decor once painted on.

I loved your tutorial, thank you so much. I make soaps, candles, wax melts and bath bombs but bombs are my toughest product. so thanks for your tips. And dont worry about your braces, I have epilepsy, whenever I have a seizure I bite my tongue and for a few days after my tongue and mouth is killing me and I cant speak right. I am used to it now!

you can substitute sweet almond oil for the Rice OIl. Both are non greasy, skin loving oils

question. how shelf stable is this? My research finds you can not safely can pumpkin butter safely. it is to dense. can you share the link that you use to get the info on where this is shelf stable.

I know this video is a few years old but hopefully you'll still read messages. I made some apple cider and it's a little thick and syrupy. I don't have the pectin that you used Can I somehow use regular pectin in its place?
