Well that's the idea I guess stress the servers and flood the game to find more issues.

The nukes will drop off, its just the excitement of them being new. They are balancing the game around 5v5 as their primary game mode, I guess on a casual level people prefer larger games as its less pressure on one individual (hence why 10vs10 is so popular in WARNO/WRD/SD2). Though I don't know all their reasoning. Adding match making for all numbers adds other work, such as maps/map size, layout, income considerations etc etc. Because we all know the first complaint will be "this map is too big for 1v1". Think about AOE 4 which does match making incredibly well across everything up to 4v4 they have randomly generated maps of the correct size for each player count with suitable numbers of resources etc. They are already struggling to release the game so adding more now puts it at risk of further delays. Which I don't think Slitherine would allow regardless.

Yeah I am really eager for the dynamic campaign to be honest, those are always fun in this type of game. I bet the community makes some amazing missions though.

@@Bandanner It will also be great to have pve multiplayer in the game. The devs have not ruled out multiplayer, but we will certainly have to wait for that to be implemented.

@@Bandanner You're in the same boots as the US navy :D But it's not just about SEAD - in Dangerous Waters, you could detect surface ships by their radars using ESM from a submarine without revealing yourself and way farther before sonar could pick them up.

I think both are reasonable, 10% might seem excessive when there are a lot of points in one section, maybe should have been up to a maximum cap? But I guess it limits your spending elsewhere in response.

That might be something for custom games in the final version? But I think the plan is a single mode for auto match.

Custom scenarios are the only things mentioned so far, unclear on the deck building but I guess maybe as that will depend on what the creator outlines? It might be one day in the far future we can hope they add proper AI for skirmish.

Well the issue is due to the way the games economy works (and remember its a 5 person team not just one opponent). In the sense you could be defending an entire map well, be in control of more points, but the enemy pool their resources and push in the last minute or two on one/two points and it would be impossible to predict on some maps which one and coordinate to defend in time. So technically you could do everything right till that point. 5 players all hitting one/two players defending one point is difficult to respond to in just a couple of minutes, if you are covering other areas. This was not liked as it made the last what 40-43 minutes of the game pointless.

If I get chance yes, I got a puppy a few months ago and she takes a lot of my time and its hard to set aside 3-4 hours or more to stream without interruption etc. I will certainly be putting up videos regardless.

We could have been allies. Trump during term one wanted to know why we weren't friendly with Russia for better economic trade, and more peace. The beurocratic state did not like that, so they kicked off the Russiagate hoax to make sure Trump couldn't get America friendly with Russia. If Trump wasn't blockaded by the unelected deep state types, then Russia probably never would have invaded Ukraine, and there's a good chance we'd be friendly with Russia now.

I was just giving a suggestion that you wait as you seemed frustrated with it right now. No magic wand to fix this type of thing, as with many online games people often only want to play with other "good" players so they can win. Not saying its "right" but its how it tends to be. Your other option is to try and find a group on the official discord to play with.

@@operator9858 I found that in the last open beta. My friend would frequently be kicked for being low rank on the last 2 days.

@@notveryinterestinginformat8590 they had a chat on the discord to find a group that would play with you even inexperienced players. My crew and I regularly welcomed inexperienced players.

I have been enjoying it, never sure what to expect with rogue like games as some I just don't enjoy. So well done there. There's a lot of variety in units/drops etc which was unexpected. Thanks for sending over a key so I could check it out.

what do you mean ? not thrilled that a level 40 person can roflstomp a newbie that just bought the game with no real control over matchmaking ? I honestly like the wargoals mode as it combines both modes and gives you *something* when one flank is crushed beyond hope. The more modes the better..

theres a match making system? all i see are custom games. custom games where they kick if you if you dont have a ranking of 1700 or higher from day 1....i literally havent been able to play a single game because of these arse faces....
