These dvds show a full game play through except this game. Its too hard. Lucky that the ps4 version and dominus collection make the game possible to finish.

10:50 Honestly kinda wild seeing such early FFVII footage from January 1996, and even more so in this "announcement" CM that aired all over mainstream TV in Japan. But all the more outrageous is knowing that this CM would've been made just a month or so after Square decided to ditch the N64 altogether around the time of Shoshinkai '95 in November, and *right* when they were just wrapping up Super Mario RPG for Japan, if the timeline is understood. This must have been a breathtaking, shocking time for FF fans and PS1 owners all over Japan, but behind closed business doors at Square and Nintendo, it must've been awkward. Yamauchi probably wanted violence and their blood spilled. He did, after all, told Sakaguchi and his boss to "Never. Come. Back" to Nintendo. Forget those bullshit "Sega Does What Nintendon't" US ads taking silly grade-school level pot shots at one other. This was a CM announcing a fucking act of treason. And it was all Yamauchi's fault. lol Video games in the 90s were a lot of fun, weren't they?

My brother and I watched its anime adaptation back in January on our bigass silver CRT TV from the mid 2000s on a silver DVD player, also from the 2000s (oh how I miss the 2000s😔) and we thought it was pretty good. Another thing worth mentioning, the character artist was the same as parts of the Tales franchise, also a favourite of mine and my brother’s.

I keep getting tempted to buy Black Rose Valkyrie just because of his art lol (Sadly, one of the main Tales artists passed away earlier this year, and I don't think he even did any work on Arise either... Hopefully, it was just some personal thing or hiatus, and he returns to the series, because it wouldn't be the same without any of the artists the series is known for.)

I've got a great suggestion for work you don't need to be doing and don't want to hear suggested. My hunch is that the views on these are hindered a little by not being in English. I know actual translation is an absurd idea, but here's a compromise idea: commentary tracks in which you make a few random comments glossing over the gist of what's being said and why you find the video interesting? Anyway, that's the end of my unhelpful idea.

Nice... I used to use my Sega Saturn as a CD player back in the day and spent a lot of time watching the little space visualizer and the 3D speaker orb things reacting to the music... good times (He has so much gold on this channel. I wonder with all the consistent uploads if people are gonna find it and see what they're missing.)
