you have to go ass to grass on hack squats or pendulum squats if you want to get a full stretch and contraction. That's how you grow your adductors and abductors.

Strength is measured on free squat, so if your doing 8 plates on each side on the press you should be able to squat 500 for 10…. Post that video and I’ll give a thumbs up…here is 640 on the hack squat no wraps🙏🙏
