Romeo and Juliet are together in eternity because Shakespeare knew that tragedy isn't parting after a couple of years and moving onto somewhere else. There's enough divorce, separations, and starting over in real life not to give Caskett fans their desert let alone resurrecting a story arc because producers can't give up this cliche.
