In video is mentioned that, importing ifc file is not ideal thing to do, because of better project coordination. However I need to import IFC to my dgn and attach more properties to the objects. Impressive improvement in OBD

I can't see that the option for cut openings as you have it, the only one I can see is in Forms>Modify Forms>Construct Opening. The align the plane and polygon by points isn't available in Update 10. Also using a shape doesn't allow for dynamic openings.

I have one doubt. how to make the cell to be displayed in its "by level color" or to display its family/part "render material"("render toggle - on") in active DGN 3D model file?. In recent days we have created such kind of cell (solid rectangle block) in our project. though we assigned required "by level color", it is only displaying in plain white in all display styles.
