4 years later, and first-time Bible sales in the U.S. are up 22%. Tim Keller and other mainstream Evangelical leaders like him view the glass half empty. #DispensationalismisDead

So grateful Tim Keller was my pastor. God once used Tim to directly speak to me. (He had no idea - I was just someone at the question/answer session) I trembled for 24 hours. It never happened again

Pastor Keller must’ve been only 72 or so. My darling Baba father just also passed @ 71, very unexpectedly. I am grateful to be able to look at Tim Keller’s sermons and writings to help comfort me for my vast grief. A worship service of praise to God for the LIFE OF MY FATHER. I wish we had had time or preparation bc using this service as a reference would’ve been humbling and beautiful and memorable for me, giving me a much needed solace. I thought of Pr. Tim recently when I remembered that he was pretty close to my dads age when Our Lord took him ❤

God bless you.. I’m sorry your dad has passed away. Just remember God sees the passing of your father just as precious as the Passing of Pastor Tim No matter the circumstance No matter the service And remember this family had a long time to prepare Your sister in Christ Jesus Trisha

So why do Redeemer Churches treat newcomers incredibly COLDLY. Why do they refuse to assist those who are trying to escape chronic poverty and are eager to get even one reference to meaningful work?

Thank you to Tim Keller who always kept my travels to work most inspiring. I was either left with aww of God’s love or with even more questions about Him. I wish and hope to be such a faithful servant like we saw in you so I may not miss out on Glory. See you there Tim.

Maybe Pagan society is simply acting upon its impulses Because the Church left Christ out of the equation and started acting like the world and wanting to be like the world and decided that self, personal liberty and happiness was worth pursuing in place of Christ. Maybe the reason why the mess is rampant is because these ideas left over from the Enlightenment were inteoduced into the church and little by little "self" was defined more and more until now the church doesnt know its true identity. Christ is the identity of His people, the church

Pastor Keller was a big reason I became Christian after many years as an agnostic following decades of religious abuse. I was living in Manhattan and loved that his church welcomed agnostics and atheists. He said it was a church for skeptics--that was me! Wow, and I'd never heard of Pastor Sam Allberry (who delivered this homily), but am now enriched by Sam's ministry about singleness after looking him up. Even in his death, Pastor Keller provided me healing by putting Sam on my radar. Pastor Keller has blessed so many lives--what a witness of Christ's redemptive love for the world. Thank you for sharing this service with us.

God used Tim in such a powerful way in my life. “A reason for living” - was the name of the sermon that Tim preached that really convinced me of my need for Christ to be 1st in my life. Tim was there for me in my first days of walking with The Lord. He was someone I could look up when things were going badly and I needed hope in Christ. Tim was used massively by God in my life. I’m grateful for his manner, his warmth and humour. He would share the truth in love. Thank God for his life and who God made Tim to be.
