Cell looks full? Where tf you running conduit? Also, are those blocks siliconed instead of laid w mortar? Just why?? Did you just think it would be easier to diy? Would be much better to lay the masonry as normal and run standard waterproofing, there's good reason for industry standards, unless you have a very specific purpose there's not much reason to use 1 off home depot products, or worse yet, use regular silicone on block, sorry if I sound taken back but it's just a heads up, learning the correct way would be much better next time

Your method is actually slower and less secure. When using framing screws, they can easily be removed so you can move the framing member if necessary. Where is the benefit of your method??

Its accuracy +- 3mm at each single top hut , so in 5 meters length you’ll have about 20mm deviations , I’ve tried one and its makes life easier, but always have to check the distance at every 4 meters to make sure top huts fixed correctly at 400mm centres
