hello! i’ve only done 3 sessions of vestibular therapy recently and what i’ve noticed is that after doing my exercises during my session, i don’t feel sick till hours later. & then i don’t feel well for a whole week. and then i get to my next session still feeling so sick and they make me do more exercises and next thing you know it’s been 2 weeks of feeling extremely dizzy and extremely nauseous to the point where i had to stop doing my exercises at home. is that normal? what do i do? i haven’t felt okay since my first therapy session. i have felt more dizzy, more nauseous, more anxious. my baseline is no longer at a 7/8. it’s at a 10 & continues to increase. what do i do then? makes me want to quit my balance therapy altogether 😓

Could you please clarify that the goal is to see one single string in and out of each bead? (As for example, the green bead appearing as if two separate green beads leading into the next bead and then two separate strings heading out of the green bead into the next bead and so on?) Thank you!

ive not been able to find this anywhere but i see you doing it with your glasses on. So this is ok? doing the exercise with your glasses on? i was doing it without my glasses but i found it slightly difficult getting the last bead to split so to say - i have managed to get the last bead to get that v showing 2 yellow bead and 2 green bead but doing it wit my glasses has been much easier and quicker. also i thought that max time was 5 mins? ive actually been doing the exercise for 6-9 minutes (3mins per bead) is this bad??
