If you mean the go westy setup it does not isolate the lithium through a charge controller. This allows me to run a single channel shore power unit and always be sure of the charge profile of the battery.

I don't think you're nitpicking. I believe you're more than justified to be upset and dumbfounded with the things you're pointing out. When you pay good money for a service and you get haphazard, dangerous, and subpar results like this, "nitpicking" is no longer on the table as a rebuttal from the service performer. You're pointing out very concerning issues that should never have happened. Think new construction with punch-lists before closing.

Thanks for the comment. Yea this is way outside of the punch list level and honestly, this video does not even have it all. This is when I thought he was a stand-up guy and I was just trying to get it rectified.

Did that work in winter? I mean Canada winter. I heard that Lithium Battery get damage in cold temperatures

I assume it would but I don't know since Im in S CA......Cold is not a big factor here. I have been out camping sub zero and no issues but can't say I've really stress tested it in the cold.
