Nothing much has changed except for the feral Centrelink bunch has grown much larger! It seems that they can still afford cigarettes, tattoos, drugs and booze, so they're doing okay! NOT the nice town it once was.

Hello! Most likely it is a plane or a helicopter - as a pulsation from navigation lights is noticeable.

That's pretty cool, back in 2007, early one morning before sunrise we were working out in the bush, far from civilisation and we were lucky to see the ISS and space shuttle just about to dock.

Thanks for the visit Dave, yeah we've had some interesting sights here, Back in Balaklava on the old farm, we had a crop circle, I believe it was before I was born next to the house, Dad took me to see Chariots of the Gods, Dad then stopped blaming my uncle fordoing it lol, and sort of explained why some animals went missing without a trace too. Sister watched a bright light above the hills, it was travelling along horizontal till something must have disturbed it and shot straight up into space like no rocket. Not sure if you've heard but disclosure is coming.

In the 70"s, we use go to Telowie beach and go bonnet sliding on a old holden bonnet up and down the beach, we use to do mono's on our motorbikes into the water in the Port Pirie motorcycle club races, but I suspose that was the 70's, and Australia was a different place, I wish I had a drone back then to take video, thank you for your vid.
@Zendukai4 жыл бұрын
Yeah bonnet sliding lol, we used to do that at Port Parham south of Wakey. Nothing like coming off and skinning yourself on shellfish or a crab or two, good times.

This was filmed a week before we were married and I don't even remember the Balaklava go-karts! I used to work at the Westpac Bank there on the corner! Things have certainly changed in 35 years!

I suppose they thought the town might have been bypassed eventually, but the road upgrade or downgrade some think is in full action, overpass nearly done, a new road back into the town.

Looking through your part of the world, ours must look pretty plain lol.. Have you checked out our rock? Dont ask why its there it just is, as much as it is high it is deep underground. Search Uluru or Ayres Rock (name changed back to Uluru) I would love to fly the drone around that but I reckon the aboriginals might get testy. One thing I found interesting was what looks like a carving of the brain in the rock. Check it out :)
