The threads are worn out because Chinese aluminum is shit. It's not normal cast aluminum, it's powder metallurgy, they fill the mold with aluminum powder, bake it a little and call it a day. It is as weak as paper. You should never put any screws in powdered aluminum and they put 4 screws in there to transfer some 15 HP and all the vibrations from shifting, braking, jumping, etc. The chain is tensioned with a force up to one ton in borh direction. 250 kg per screw. I call it optimism :D Anyway, if you really want to fix that shit, buy a new wheel hub, and when the new hub is available, with undamaged threads, screw in the Allen bolts from the inside, glue them permanently with epoxy glue, and use the self-locking nuts from the outside to screw the sprocket on. This will last forever. You can thank me every day riding your bike as this is a professional repair. Forget about loctite on destroyed threads. It is a nonsense.

A Polaris trailblazer 250 2 stroke isn’t built for speed. My favorite quad because the power band is so useable and I love the engine sound. First quad I’ve ever road consistently for days on end in trails, only quad I’ve ever jumped.

I took mine on a nothern trail with 300 people a set off nice tire on the back and skill you can pass the big quads and UTVs no problem

Used wrong oil, didn’t drain reservoir, and didn’t purge the pump. Don’t listen to this guy. Use 5w50 oil, kn-112 filter, and pinch off oil return line with vise grips, run engine 5-10 seconds and shut off. Remove clamp and you should hear a rush of air. If you don’t, repeat the process until you do
