Just found this channel and it's good quality 🤘 so underrated you deserve a million subs. I remember watching this movie as a kid and my siblings loved watching it during Halloween 🎃. The early 2000s were pretty fun and I miss those days 😢

i remember scary godmother it was my favorite and max and ruby and orson are gotta be my favorite characters and they are the reason why I love vampires to this day and i gotta to relate max social anxiety at times

Despite the cheesy nature of the film (even for children's horror) this film holds a special place in my heart. At the time of its release in my childhood I was going through a very dark and traumatic period, this movie is one of the few things I fondly remember from that part of my life. I've seen it 2 or 3 times in recent years and I just brings a sence of childhood innocence with it and makes me feel safe. Not something I'll put on every year but its fondly remembered.

My traumatic memorie was the time my cousins locked me in a dryer (I was the outcast cousin they pretended to be so nice and asked me to play hide and seek with them. I was so excited and one of them said they’d help me hide and told me to get in and they “wouldn’t actually close the door.” He did ._. And then the rest came out and they laughed as I banged on the door and cried to be let out. I was like 9 lol (that’s one of the funny ones at least XD)

Great video! I love Scary Godmother!! For context for the vampires; Max is named after Max Shreck, the actor in Nosferatu, Orson is a play on Orlock, the name of Shreck's character, and Ruby is the often the color used to describe/romanticize blood.

You forget that to get the frightside you have to be listening to killer surf guitar. So if a plane flew into a spooky cloud they could only make it through to the frightside if they are jamming to Dick Dale

I still watch this movie every year, I always show it to some friends that haven't seen it or don't really remember it. It's just a fun movie

How high were you when YOU decided that coliseum & XD were over looked? Search either title and there is so much love for it. This is 2024 muchacho, this video of pokemons first 3d story game should of came out when x&y came out on the 3ds or when Lets Go came out as the first console games. Hell even when pokemonGo started using Shadow pokemon or Shadow Lugia. All im saying is rename the vid

I remember also being 14 at the time when fnaf first came out, the popularity of the game was insane. The jump scares were never what scared me tho, the story and the Easter eggs were so perfectly crafted to give us intrigue in to how these poor children ended up being stuffed in the suits. In fnaf 2, seeing purple guy for the first time was terrifying, the aura he had gave me nightmares and I’ll never forget the countless theory vids on who he could be. The games are scary in their own way but I kinda feel like jump scares are basically just traditions at this point.

I think this is the first video essay I've seen that acknowledges the existence of Shadow Pokemon in Pokemon Go. You've earned respect for that. And while your point still stands, I actually have a Pokemon that I strongly associate with Orree. Vibera. Its a long story. But to sumerize, when I played Ruby and Sapphire I had no idea Vibera and Flygon existed. I may have saw one or two Trapinch, but never realized it was part of that same line. Then I played Pokemon Colosseum, saw a Vibera for the first time, and it has been one of my favorite Pokemon from that generation ever since. And I think that's part of what Orre did so well as a region. It made you look at Pokemon you may have originally overlooked and experience them in a new light.

I played Dead cells during my subscription to PS+ extra, and I absolutely love it, it was my first roguelike and because of it I started playing games like Hades or Skul: The Hero Salyer, which I’d absolutely recommend!

I feel like GF introducing regional variants in the main games is actually an idea I feel a sequel could utilize quite well. Setting the game years after Gale could yield some interesting Orre regional forms that could adapt to the environment. Great vid!

15:41 Not in my experience, when a Pokémon goes into Hypermode/reversemode all you have to do is call out to them to snap them out of it while its shadow level reduces significantly.

15:59 Did they change the mechanic? In Colosseum, you can call your pokemon from hypermode, and switch them in, to speed up purification. Don't believe me, read the EIN Files. I GOT OFFICIAL SOURCES THAT AGREE WITH ME!!! (My anxiety always tells me that I'm lying)

These games are essential if you want to complete your pokedex in generation 3

Pokemon Colosseum was done by people who NEVER PLAYED pokemon. It was the first time the studio had ever heard of Pokemon. So Colosseum being a mess, makes sense; and at times a lot of the damage Calculations are wrong; Legends still has this issue.

Technically bonsly made its first appearance in XD though it was a cameo and uncatchable. Though i think in terms of new pokemon, these side games had to fill in the gaps from what was missing with the GBA reset. So largely most of their dex was filled with johto.

The shadow pokemon returning in GO. But technically... "pokespot" is another term that got reused granted they dont really work the same. But you could argue putting lures down on pokespots in real life could be similar to the game where you place treats there

the final fights having multiple pokemon you can snag really adds a layer of difficult too. You essentially "wasting" turns to try and capture the difficult pokemon, which takes multiple pokeballs usually. Whilst also not trying to faint the pokemon. Really adds so much to the fight which is already difficult.

1:20 Colosseum and XD are great Gen 3 games, but just because they're using the battle system, doesn't make them mainline games. =P

I promise if you genius sonority worked on either a sequel or legends Pokémon game, it would shake the entire Pokémon community. ‼️

On a technicality, bonsly and munchlax were introduced in XD, but you couldn't catch them or use them.

I love Colosseum. It was a genuinely different type of story to have and as a huge fan of double battles, this was heavenly. I enjoyed XD but felt like it wasn't different enough. It was still worth playing though and im glad I got it when it was new all those years ago now it is so expensive

I beat these games last year during my "Collecting Pokémon to build an Indigo Disk Team" spree along with Platinum, White & Emerald. As a bonus, I had already beaten LeafGreen in 2022, so I added that team to my pool of potential team members and... I ended up using my Colosseum Team. Lyronis the Dewgong from XD was going to get his moment in HD & didn't. But, I agree that these are hidden gems. Even if they look outdated as heck, they are *beautifully* *outdated.* I may or may not be talking about the water in particular- oh, who am I kidding? The Water in GameCube Games is beautifully clear! But, I am most sad that my Mightyena & Houndoom will lose their unique moves in Scarlet/ Brilliant Diamond. But, if I want to keep Xyfir the Xatu's moves, he HAS to move to Galar. BDSP should *have* transfer moves built in! Also, there is a pseudo reference to Dr. Kaminko's Pokémon Communicator. The President of Castelia's Battle Company wants to create a device that will allow people & Pokémon to communicate better, which is the same thing Dr. Kaminko tried to make & failed to make it properly work. Again, it's pseudo reference as Dr. Kaminko is *never* mentioned by name and is most likely a fun coincidence. However, I consider these games as canon. They don't contradict any existing lore, they are just their own stories that don't affect the core series. But, I think everyone can agree that Miror B. is due to make a resurgence in Masters EX with Ludicolo as a Sync Pair. Here are other ideas I can suggest: Wes & Umbreon Rui & Wes' Espeon Venus & Milotic Ein & Mega Manectric Gorigan & Primeape Snattle & Castform [Hail Yeah to MandJTV Fans] Also, for the record, my secondhand copy of XD was a full box: Game, Box & the Books. To be fair, I think the box is a PS2 box, but, it was the same price as a Switch game, I'm not kidding. Talk about a steal. It would've cost way more online, but, the day after my birthday was lucky because I found both Colosseum & XD at a retro game store called Pop Vault. Colosseum was a game and a Wii or DVD Box I think. Not the original original box art, but, I bought them in 2020. Again, both relatively cheap. Orre is based on Phoenix, Arizona.

If you thought Pokemon Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness have been forgotten, Pokemon Channel is the one that's always forgotten about, despite me enjoying that game as much as Hey You Pikachu....

I recently played a Pokémon XD ROM hack called POKEMON XG: Next Gen. It was pretty good and made me really enjoy the game again. The added difficulty and new Pokémon from Sun and Moon made it feel like a true Gen 3 experience, which I've always associated with Pokémon battles.
