I think it‘s a starter like compost starter and you can use later on calcium which is good for the plant

Parilla loves our hot weather. I live on the Gulf Coast of Alabama, and it has self seeded and is everywhere, LOL. We call it our little perilla jungle. I believe it is a member of the mint family, that's exactly how it grows and will take over if left unattended and self seeds. It is also one of those plants that can tolerate some shady areas depending on the ground.
