Basically just lowering the rate standards? Sorry, that wont fix anything. People dont hate the rating system because making a rate worthy level is too hard, they hate it because the levels are ARE rate worthy barely get noticed. By making rates easier to get you are making levels even harder for robtop to find because there would be hundreds of levels that would be getting sent every day, so the chances of rob stumbling upon your level are even worse.

The problem is that the rating system is wayyyy too objective to work 100% effectively. The entire thing is way to opinionated

This video more focuses on what levels should be rated, but one thing it doesn't really touch on is how we (the GD community and RobTop) are supposed to change how the rating system works fundamentally, so that these "joke levels" and "not very decorated extreme demons" can be rated without it being to much of a burden on RobTop (because he is the only person who can actually rate levels). Personally, I think that RobTop should either give the ability to rate levels to elder moderators, or have a few specific people that RobTop trusts, be something that I like to call "raters". Basically, raters are people that RobTop trusts and has similar tastes as him that will be given the ability to rate levels. That way, more levels can be rated, and RobTop will have more time to focus on new updates (like the upcoming 2.21 update), and also have more time to interact with the community (through the GD discord server and other places as well). For the topic of Featured, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic level ratings, I think that RobTop exclusively should be able to make a level be Legendary or Mythic, while Featured and Epic can either be decided by RobTop, or raters (if they are added), or elder moderators. (Potentially normal moderators for Featured levels exclusively, that way more levels can get featured, while Epic levels remain a higher class of levels that is rarer and also harder to get than normal featured levels.) For normal rated levels (levels that don't have any extra ratings like Featured, Epic, Legendary, or Mythic), I think that if multiple moderators (not necessarily elder moderators) think that a level is rate worthy (a bar that will be lowered with more levels getting rated overall), then they can send that level to a rater/elder mod, who will just give it a normal star rating. imo i think some things said by you are true but if there's more focus on gameplay, then the gameplay has to be really really good

i made a level about the same quality as a level made as dubstepfanatic and his level got rated while mine got 26 download. i didnt rlly expect rate but i expected atleast more people to see it
