Its funny how this music that worked well for Sasha, also worked very well with Mao. I can't believe that it was such a wise choice of Sasha to choose this music for her performance: it absolutely fits flawlessly to her style of skating. Oksana Baiul chose a different Swan lake to her music and I think this waltz would not work that well for her style of balletic grace.

We all know how Sasha Cohen is the most amazing skater, but that little single toe loop she does at 0:07 just to greet the public before her program begins is soooo cool.

this is one of my favorite videos!!!....Sasha is a prima ballerina on ice, she is the only one that I have seen skating to this beautiful swan lake ballet...she is fabulous, because she knows how to take the beauty of ballet and artistry to the ice in a way that takes you to another dimension, in which you could intensely feel or immerse in the drama behind the ballet or skating, so that you identify with her like if you were skating, or like if you were in love (like the story of swans).

Sasha Cohen is by far the prettiest woman skater ever. I think she is more elegant on the ice than Peggy Flemming ever was. Her only problem is that she is so inconsistant when it comes to landing those jumps. It is rare that she skates a clean performance. Most of her performances has some kind of mistake in it. It's really sad because she is just as well known for those mistakes as she is for her amazing artistic skills.

i think she does better in the show videos ive seen of her she looks like shes enjoying herself more shes a great skater but she looks stressed in this video

One of my fav performances of her's!! And the music helps! its Great!

competitively, she's always been rather weak in pressure situations but she has qualities that allow her to milk the COP system for all it's worth (spins, spirals, extension, etc.). but with the new skaters (Mao, Yu-Na, etc.) she loses her edge because they have those same great qualities in addition to some of the hardest jumps possible and everyone knows the jumps were always where Sasha struggled. it's gonna be interesting to see how she fares the second time around...good luck to her.

Have you tried saving locally the file? Sometimes it's a network buffering problem... It may also be the motion stabilization algorithm of the TZ5 under low light conditions...

The image is very sharp, but the motion is terrible. Is that what the original looks like? Why were so many frames dropped?
