Gorgeous day and the lost lad trail is a really good one, reckon you enjoyed it. As you noticed it's definitely challenging on the drop from the cairn stones near the water.. It's also worth turning right at you approach them as there's a great ridge line run. The camera wobble thing I'm guessing is the harness rather than being upside down. I've always had mine upside down but switching to a stuntman harness was so much more stable. 👍

Can I just say that the Camelbak sternum protector is also pretty stable too and it protects your sternum strangely enough 🤣🤣 great for someone like me who seems to be off the bike more than on it these days 😁😁

😁😁😁 ok I know I don’t ride as hard as you do but I still find the Camelbak chesty is pretty stable as well it’s each to their own I suppose 😉😉

@@yorkneytrailrider1751 it's all on individual experience isn't it. I know someone that used the stuntman so it was an easy decision. BTW Speed only lands you in deeper water 😜

Your so right Jonathan, I think Andy Childs (Trail Finder) uses one of those stuntman harnesses IIRC 😉👍

Yep all gone. It's gravel. I'm sure they will be making the road all the way to the house at the top

Wow, they've completely ruined that first descent, it wasn't particularly great before but it was ok as a warm up, i always liked the last section, it's a shame they can't fill all the pot holes in on main roads. great video mate 👍

So busy though.. was so hard to get going / in the moment with having to stop all the time . Took me a good 20min + to actually get down it. But it was an awesome day. ☀️ silly to expect it to be quiet really

Ive not been down Lockerbrooksince the felling works, do you think you could jump the wooden section of the fence at 20:43? Theres a root just above the right ride of your bars on what appears to be a bit of a high line?

Fair play on HT my mates all have one! I feel I don’t need to buy an E bike as for me that would take all the fun out of the climbs-My choice my opinion.!! I have nowt against e bikers but perhaps in the future one would suit me fine! Nice video 👍 love the peaks

Top place. Much tougher in places that it looks. Also the descents are so long it really gets the leg muscles burning. That climb though. It's a real ebike seller 😂

It is a great descent.. quite long and steady most of the way down.. I like it that you can see way ahead on the trail.
