Amazing tutorial but one question how would make that pause in the animation with just slowing it down. Because leaving a gap like that just slows my animation rather pause it in a state?

it isnt, its just how i pose, posing is based off your creativity and use of logic (ask yourself questions like "does this make sense in real life? can i recreate this pose irl?")
