I don’t think this performance is as bad as just the overall recording sound quality is awful. Probably shot with a blackberry.

Of course, it's not studio-quality sound, but it's a historical document of two guitar greats performing together. As for what it was shot with, I wasn't the one who grabbed this footage so I won't speculate on what it was shot with. Hope you enjoyed it regardless! :)

Not quite as good as Hammersmith Odeon or Stockholm from the same year. Those performances each sound like he took a thousand studio attempts to get it everything perfect.
