Please do another video since the flood. I live in Dallas since 1995 and was about 10 when the last flood hit Breckenridge. My mom worked at Stephens Memorial and we live on the opposite side of town and had to be boated across the flood area and then shuttled to the hospital. Looks like it pretty much flooded in the same area as last time. I was told they spent tons of money to fix the drainage in that area to help prevent this from happening again. Guess not.
