Dollhouse is a good song for Whiteout because she hides the awful thing that her family has done and control over her. I feel sorry for her. She didn’t deserve this fate.

This is beautiful 💙 the animation at 2:16 always gets me, it’s so well done with the little “blip”s. I always tear up at the fourth frame when Tsunami swims into Coral, who catches her in a powerful hug. 🥹 The end credits were also beautifully done. The whole instrumental really does give a deep-sea vibe. Auklet was the first daughter that Coral could raise normally, and she was given to her by the daughter that came home years later to rejoin her family. Coral was an awful mother, but when you’ve suffered the trauma of having to kill your own adolescent daughter plus all the years after of dead newborn dragonets… it’s a bit hard to blame her.
