Love your artwork, especially your seed packet cards and birds, and the earrings are gorgeous. Just a thought, but would it be easier to have your qr code etc printed onto the back of your cards? It would save you the time of sticking labels on, but also save you from having to print labels.🙂

That's so nice to hear 💖 Ahhh I have thought about it, but the QR code is so random (as in the bunch of letters & numbers that pop up when you scan it) and unique to Cardiff Creative I worry it'll be ugly / useless to other retailers ? If you get what I mean haha. Maybe I could make it work on the next bunch of cards I get printed though 🙈💖

With my own videos, I try to switch between talking over and music. Sometimes, I think the music speaks for itself and for the painting and it's nice to watch a process (but I will introduce and end the segment with talking); but often I want to talk about what I was going through for the piece, where the ideas came from, and what I like etc. Watching other peoples stuff, I like to hear what they have to say over their paintings, I kinda zone out when it's just music playing, but I am almost seeing it as permission from the video maker to just enjoy the music you know? This vlog was so nice <3 I so love watching your painting segments and everything coming to life!

I really enjoy painting segments within studio vlogs at real time speed or only slightly sped up. I think it's really relaxing to watch. I personally find the sped up sections hard to watch as it's just too fast for me. I enjoy the voice over with the painting too. Your work is so beautiful Seren. Love your birds and flowers. Xx

Loved the vlog! I think the voice over and the speedy paint part goes well together. I also like quiet painting videos but it's something I have to be in the mood for. I usually prefer a voice over. :)

They’re sooo satisfying 🤣 it’s called a photo box organiser I think 🙂 I was keeping all of mine in a shoe box but it was so difficult to see and know what I had 😂 best investment ever lol!

That seed storage box is the most amazing thing I have a great need for that!! Where did you get it from? Watching this has given me heaps more inspiration for my own growing plans! I spent this morning potting on some seedlings to make more room for new seeds! Currently have some sprouted spinach and pak chois, and my sweet peas have popped through also!! So excited for them :D looking forward to watching your garden grow over the year with you.

I'm planning to grow some courgettes and baby cucumbers this year on my balcony. I will also probably get some kind of chili. I don't have much space + it's very sunny all day long so let me know if you have some tips or recommendation on what to grow. :)

How exciting 🤩 I’d say grow your favourite things or what’s expensive to buy in supermarkets ☺️ personally I love chillies / cucumbers / sweet peppers / cherry tomatoes / courgettes / beans 😄 and I think they’re pretty straight forward to grow too 😁💖 I’m looking forward to seeing what you grow this year 🤩🤩🤩
