Depends on how much rain is in your country and how many times you use the bike, it will get dirty quick if you use the bike for commuting

Hi , is this the 20 inch model? I heard there is no adjustment for power assist, is this a problem for someone who likes to do "some" exercise while riding? Do you still like the bike a year after? How much is the second battery? No shock absorbers right?

It looks like they are 20", but not the fat tires. Overall length of this version, the 20LVXD30 is about 153cm with only 350W motor. I'm planning to get the one with the fat tires, overall length 176cm with 500W motor. I was wondering why this one looked smaller and it's because its 153cm long.
