You seem to have shifted too early. For a dCi engine the peak power is usually between 3500-4000 rpm and the redline is usually between 4500-5000. Thereby, the actual top speed seems to be between 255-283 km/h

We have a manual 1.6 hdi. We did a 20% ECU remap. I have to say. An ECU Remap for the 1.6 is a must. It becomes way more usable for overtaking.
