Anybody know how to adjust the handbrake (parking brake), which is on the other side? Mine is new but doesn't bite when fixed in place. Can't work out how to tighten this up so it bites earlier. Nothing in any of the manuals. Thanks.

I loose front and rear on my ZT3 pro and as a motorclyst instinctively do the same reaction and it saves the situation. Great stability

Make a scooter for the people that drive a car and use the scooter for the last leg, from the parking lot to the door. I see a lot of men and women at parking structures that have to walk more than a thousand feet to their work place. The right size scooter would sell if it was light, and compact to fit easily into a car. Women won't use a scooter if it isn't light weight.

Add more lighting Segway. It will improve scooter safety. Top and lower handle bar lights. The single head light makes it impossible to judge where the scooter is in distance. And side skirt lighting would help drivers see the scooter when coming up from behind the scooter. And please fix your app so I can put more than one scooter on it. I own two Segways and I have to have 2 accounts because the app won't allow multiple scooters. And what would get me to buy a third scooter is if it was a hill climbing beast, and priced under $1000.

I need a scooter that is hill climber. If it has to have lower top speed to gain more torque to climb hills is fine with me. Maybe a planetary gearing in the motor.

hello im just a little confused because on the other videos of Segway Cube 1000 it shows 50hz and on this video its 60hz, is this power station can auto detect an appliance for 50hz or 60hz? or you can set it manually thru the app or what is it?

I just hope this is not only for the US. Where I'm at, all your offerings looks like generic OEM brands with Segway tax prices. Definitely worth looking at compared to other Chinese brands.

The "GT" 3 Pro, seems to have increased speed marginally along with range, at the expense of build quality, and stability - the things that made the GT2 unique. It looks higher off the ground, with smaller wheel diameter than the original GT-series, and the TFT screen is a clear downgrade from the transparent OLED on the GT2. What's up with that?

My head is completely fried ... The new throttle can go on NO OTHER WAY than upside down .. i am riding the Scooter using the throttle upside down ... I feel like a complete look doughnut and imbaressed as fuck ... You saud in the our video use a 3mm bit to fix the throttle.. this makes no sense to me its beand new... Im hoping what yoyr saying is that the 3mm drullung will free up the throttle to possibly have 360 swing

Wheres the innovation? more smart features? who cares its a scooter, make it lighter, make it more compact when folded, thats what people care about.

If the service in Germany gets better, I would consider buying one, but the way it is at the moment stops me from doing so. Who will repair the scooter if something happens? Things have to get a lot better first. If the service is as good as the scooter, then we'll do business.

Ninebot MAX G30 extreme tuner here (141km/h, 21'000W). I'm glad Segway is the market lead in steering geometry understanding. The competitors are still struggling to understand the fundamentals, creating unsafe rides. Its great to see catching up to the standard of VESC technology in terms of traction control, throttle response and safety features, etc. I have already seen a trend with the proposed range extender, that Segway is not overengineering a problem when there is still so much empty space for battery power in the deck. As an example, a G30 frame can pack 2300Wh into the deck without extension of the frame and still have space for controller, charging, etc (550Wh Battery in a stock G30) !

Hello Segway Team, I was waiting for presale of ZT3 Pro D in Europe from last 3 months. I got it on Monday, but I'm really disapointed. I sent similiar e-mail to 3 diffrent department yesterday, no answer. I bought ZT3 Pro D on presale, 06.01.2025 in Media Markt in Germany. Straight after unboxing I was suprised how good is the quality and manufactured of that product(first product from Segway, I hope not the last one, but) First issue is that, I cant connect my phone (Android) with the scooter. None problems with iOS phone from my fiance. I checked other 3 phones, cuz maybe only my had a issue with connection but with any results. I tried three different phones. Version of app is the newest (V 6.8.0), same with software in scooter, is updated. Scooter is brand new, but when I turned on the first time, front light didnt work and not work any longer. No problem with rear light or any other things for now. I didnt start driving so I dont know what's happend next, but I know that I dont want this escooter because has to many defect of the beginning, so I'm afraid that when I start ridding it will have more and more. So this particular model is completly out. I'm really disapointed and also I'm afraid what is the MediaMarkt plan. I would like change the ZT3 Pro D for new one, but they told me that with this solution can be a problem. Same story with cashback to my account and after I will be able to buy a new product again. Escooter was never used outside, I'm lifting every time when I need to bring that heavy machine to the car and drive to MediaMarkt.I visit yesterday 2 MediaMarkt. Horrible. Need to go back there on this Thursday to know, what about solution from them. I hope they change for brand new product, but I was seeing that maybe will be a problem. I can't wait now for repairing and they told me about 4-6 weeks to finalize the repair. They need to send scooter to segway service etc. It's a long time and is a waste money and my time, when I bought brand new product. I'm looking for solution from Segway Team, how I can get the brand new scooter with any beginning problems and I can make a fun from ridding. Looks like Segway really stepped up their game. Dual suspension even for the E3 series now. I have a F2 Pro and I can tell you that the front wheel suspension alone is clearly not enough for city ride.
