You don't seem to understand how English works. You don't need to learn all these words individually. There is a rule... The general rule is: when there is an 'e' at the end of the word the previous vowel is softened: 'rat' = hard 'a', 'rate' = soft 'a'. The 'e' is usually silent when it's at the end of a word. Words ending in 'ay' (stay, day, play etc) also have a soft 'a' and the 'y' is silent. This doesn't apply when there are 2 vowels at the end of a word such as 'pie', 'lie', 'hoe' etc - in this case the sound doesn't change, but the 'e' is still silent.

Hola INGLES DEFINITIVO, I have a qustion, yo le pregunte a un profesor, hablante nativo del INGLES, sobre estas oraciones que usted enseña. NO 👇 For who is it? = para quien es? For who are these? = para quien son estos? For who is this gift? = para quien es este regalo? For who did you buy? = para quien compraste? For who is this message? = para quien es este mensaje? For who is this seat? = para quien es este asiento? Y el me respondió que el FOR Va de último en todas estas oraciones, porque son PREPOSISIONES COLGANTES SI 👇 who is it FOR? = para quien es? who are these FOR? = para quien son estos? who is this gift FOR? = para quien es este regalo? who did you buy FOR? = para quien compraste? who is this message FOR? = para quien es este mensaje? who is this seat FOR? = para quien es este asiento? Buena observación y está en lo cierto, pero hay un detalle que te explicare: La preposición "for" generalmente se coloca al final de la pregunta. Sin embargo, en algunos casos específicos, como en preguntas más complejas o formales, la preposición "for" también puede colocarse al inicio de la pregunta para enfatizar o para una estructura más elaborada. Por ejemplo, podríamos decir: "For whom is this gift intended?" en lugar de "Who is this gift for?" Ambas formas son gramaticalmente correctas, pero la primera opción es más formal y puede sonar un poco más elegante.

El auxiliar "Did" se utiliza para formar preguntas y negaciones en pasado simple en inglés. Preguntas Estructura: Did + sujeto + verbo (en forma base) + ? Ejemplo: Did you eat? Negaciones Estructura: Sujeto + did not (didn't) + verbo (en forma base) Ejemplo: You did not eat. (You didn't eat.) Afirmaciones (sin "Did") Estructura: Sujeto + verbo (en pasado) Ejemplo: You ate. Uso Preguntas en Pasado Simple: Se utiliza "Did" para hacer preguntas sobre acciones que ocurrieron en el pasado. Ejemplo: Did she finish her homework? (¿Terminó ella su tarea?) Negaciones en Pasado Simple: Se utiliza "Did not" o "Didn't" para negar acciones en el pasado. Ejemplo: He did not go to the party. (Él no fue a la fiesta.) Se utiliza "Did not" o "Didn't" para negar acciones en el pasado. Ejemplo: He did not go to the party. (Él no fue a la fiesta.)
