Hello, please check your details in the description of the video as it contains several errors. Reliable information can be found on Wikipedia using the tag "Tatra 57". For more information, switch the page to the Czech version and translate it through the translator. The most obvious errors are explained here: 1) The car shown in the video is not a 57A, but a 57B (easy to recognize, for example, by the position of the spare wheel) 2) Neither the 57, 57A or 57B had a rear mounted engine. All models had a front-mounted V4 with rear-wheel drive. 3) The mentioned low aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.36 belongs to newer, more aerodynamic types such as 77 or Tatraplan 4) The 57 was only available as a two-door coupe or convertible. No four-doors were produced

Your description matches a Tatra 77, or the later 87, but not the 75. The Tatra 75 was the last front-engine, fairly conventional Tatra. The unique rear-engine, air-cooled, streamlined cars started with the T77, designed by Hans Ledwinka. I'm sure a Tatra 75 is now a very rare car, but it's not the ground-breaking design which Tatra became famous for.
