As a beebo player here is what I think happened. When going faster than normal in Beebo ult the things he picks up lags a significant distance behind him, so when he got the speed boost from going through the bungee (its a thing with felix and bishop ults as well) he picked up the enemies early enough that when the lagged behind him they ended up on the Bungee at where he started and then got disconnected from his ult because of it. My best guess at least as Beebo didn't have fate rewinder which is the "normal" way I would use to kidnap hunters and bring them back to my team.

You gotta be a really bad player if you think beebo is op... His big damage is really difficult to setup and very situational. Just dash out of the bomb. Git gud
