How would you turn one of these into a road vehicle and use the turbine to create thrust along with electric powered wheels?
Love it! Brings back some great memories. Thanks for the content. Excellent!

That pilots/medics are some of the luckiest people alive to be able to fly a medivac helicopter as a career. A noble profession and exciting profession, I was a traffic crash reconstructionist in Maryland for almost my entire career as a law enforcement officer and often interacted with the men and women of the medevac crews, flown in our state exclusively by the Maryland State Police in conjunction with Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore who funded much of the State Police Medevac system which including a large fleet of Eurocopter Dauphin's for many years before switching to the two pilot required Leonardo AW139 helicopters about 12 years ago. The AW139's are a far more advanced helicopter than the Dauphin due to being a much newer design and the State Police operate 10 of them across the State and have one of the best medivac systems in the entire world. In the beginning they wanted to fly the new AW139's in a single pilot and one paramedic , two person crew configuration (which is what they flew with the Dauphin's), but that proposal was apparently rejected by some type of aviation authority approving the operational requirements of the Helicopter in the US (probably the FAA) which caused them to change the original inof one pilot to a dual pilot crew along with a third crew member serving as a paramedic. If you are unfortunate enough to have a trauma incident in Maryland, chances are, the MSP will be there quickly to get you and get you to Baltimore as fast as possible. Medevac organizations (most of them private companies) that perform the Medevac duties on behalf of hospitals, police agencies, and remote clinics in rural areas of most states and Countries are some of the most important organizations in the world. These organizations should be fully funded and even expanded as many rural areas don't have quick access to Helicopter transport to higher care facilities.

Must be a very exhilarating but also stressful job. Such a necessary job and cool skill and discipline. But also knowing you are transporting critical care patients whom many won’t make it. Must be some pretty rough days.
