I have this same type of incubator. It has hatched fowl, guinea fowl and turkey eggs ( in a custom mode) but cannot hatch suck eggs ( in a custom mode) any reason(s) ?

Put a mark on one egg and close the incubator.. you will know if the rollers are moving if the mark you put on the egg changes position
