This video is a remake of a very old ad for a company that sells windows. Irbis is the name of the company by the way. At the beginning you hear "Yokarniy babay, nado shtoto delat!", which can be translated as "Holy shit, I need to do something!". Then the main character calls the company that fixes all broken mess. At the end, he says company's name and gets a "ticket to the army", which can be achieved for expelling from the university. По моему для идеального рецепта потребуется священная вода которая у меня с Пасхи стоит, ванилин, и молотый сушеный Мендаль, и при небольшой термообработке Я получил настоящую миндальною водичку

Elevatorstuck is the song. It's from a web comic Toby Fox and a bunch of other musicians worked on the music for called Homestuck. Which is what the art in the video is trying to mimic.
