May be as per ur calculations, but according to the increasing Land prices, construction cost, labour cost, etc., it will keep on rising, may be with slow pace, but it won't become even 25% downside.

Ugly fact about GCRE is that this is the worst road to travel on in whole of Gurgaon for last 10 years .....No road so far has been able to beat it 😂
