Question: Did you just cooked the motherboard to reflow the connector through the middle of the board? Do you think that it is the same for me? Sometimes audio works when rebooted but most of the time it's not, so it's just really luck! Would it hurt to try reflowing without replacing the Audio IC chip?

Thank u for this video. I currently hav similar issue, after changing the USB IC, it stopped touching and still wont charge. I took another donor board to experiment with. The moment i took off the USB IC, it also stopped touching. What could be wrong. Ill appreciate ur reply. Thanks
