Will you ever be adding the ability to create reoccurring jobs on the mobile app?

Can we please add in the feature to do 6 or 12 monthly jobs? Gutter cleaning is a very common test case. Gardening hedges also range from annual to twice annually. A reminder email a month out then a week out would prime and remind the customer of a pending visit. Templates either assuming repeat work (if conversation has occured) or used as an offer to accept/decline, flexibility here would be a good way to manage such work. If we can have a 'tick box' against customers to activate this, it can scale the work and remove administrative repetition. The goal is to 'auto book' work.

For now, I'd recommend using our Service Reminders feature for instances like these. Although from your message it sounds like you may have already tried this. In the meantime, I've submitted your feedback to the team as that's a great recommendation!

why does it have to be a new job for every scheduled visit? I want the job to be open for the month, but automatically schedule a visit once per week.

We love this feature but would love Surname to be a mandatory field. -Even better, an option to customise forms and have more than one.

This technology is lacking. There must be an NFC enabled option available in the next update. This will streamline the transaction enourmously.

Why not via NFC? This is very clumsy and provides a sense of insecurity from a customers point of view. With tap payments being the normal this is years behind.

Nice idea, but unlike the desktop web version of Tradify, when working with the Android app this doesn't fix the problem of mobile numbers being added to the landline field. The result is that when an enquiry is converted to a job and a customer record, this duff information is propagated throughout the system. The outcome is that it is not possible to send an sms message from the mobile app without manually changing each record manually. So frustrating. Please fix it.

This is a great addition to Tradify functionalities. Is there any way we could also retain info example appliance details for the same customer- so it'll be easier for the engineer to check and not manually input every time

How do you rename the photos so you can choose which photos you wanna attach. Some photos might be there for your own records and not for customer.. how do you tell the diff when attaching from the job notes

How do I use my 'Job Templates' in the 'Recurring Jobs' tab?

Hi there, Job Templates are separate to the Recurring Job - they can only be created for one off jobs. A Recurring Job is a service which creates / schedules your Jobs at set intervals. If you have any further questions please reach out to [email protected] - we're happy to chat further!
