Value is lost when people can't find a job. We don't find anything about infrastructure here either - like Exhibitions, fairs, theater, library; Cinemas; Zoo, Universities, Ice-rinks ... etc. We don't see any of it here. Public transport is a problem - there is no metro, no bus, no trams.

Very expensive! For this price we can buy a new villa of the same size in Dubai. In Dubai is perfect infrastructure, enought jobs a.s.o. You have to tell us how far from the sea. How far to the highway; Moll; Doctors; Schools; ..a.s.o. Lagune could smell bad. Maximum preis for this villa 500.000,00, but not as you offer 1.700.000,00 !!!

Hey Helen, this is Ren here. There is nothing available in Dubai at a similar price that comes with a 7 years payment plan! Nothing! This is a premium Beachfront property and there is only 1 such unit available as of today! This is on an island, you can open the garden gate and jump onto the Beach! Lagoon doesn't smell as the water isn't stagnant, keeps moving. InterContinental hotel is right next to this community. Anantara resort is 2 to 3 mins drive. You'll also find a mall, golf course, clinics, hospital, restaurants, cafes, Marina, nursery, grocery stores, cellars... All within 15 mins drive from here! Well, what you said is true for some. For others, it could be a sanctuary away from a busy city life, with no traffic, your own private beach. Some could call it the ultimate retirement home, some could call it their investment home. And anyway, Dubai is just a 45 minute drive but here it's all about affordable luxury, mainly due to the 7 yrs payment plan.
