Thank you! My buddy is kind of a mongoloid sometimes and decided to just yeet this thing out completely and neither one of us were smart enough to pass this IQ test.

Have you had any problems with rivnut spinning or other failure by adding that nice looking chamfer?

As a first time drift boat owner and fly fisherman, it has been great to tap into the knowledge of the Hyde family. They are all on a first name basis with me, and I look forward to continuing my own daughter's relationship with the river and the people who know it best.

Great innovation. Now, if only you make flatter boats for slower Michigan rivers so when we put motors it'll go faster....

Tyler Stewart advised me to tie a knot in the tag end of the strap. Preventing the strap from slipping out of the buckle when it’s not in use.

That is a great tip, and it helps lots of people.

Good video! do you need to use an aluminum rivnut on an aluminum plate? Is there a problem using a steel one? I want it to have good holding power on my boat, Are there rivnuts that have a : wider" part that compresses on the underside to add more holding power? Thanks!!!

This is a great video done by Jim and Kelly Watt...they know fishing conditions and this boat for me, in Patagonia Argentina and Chile, on our many rivers, is perfect.
