No, you will login with your Instagram account, that will link your Spotify with your Instagram account

But from my understanding its two different things, being authenticated gives you a grey check mark, access to creator tools, separates your listeners account to a creator account, automated messages to your fans when you release new music and submitting your music to trending charts! Verified artists has more perks! You get a yellow check mark and all of the above but you get to enroll in monetization program to get paid for your music, and you can submitt your content to verified/curated playlists @impulse_tunes

What is the difference between the artist or manage and the label team member options

Both artist and label teams let you view stats, artist profiles, and your roster. Depending on your access level, you can also edit the artist profile and pitch upcoming releases. Label team members can only edit an artist's profile if you're responsible for that artist's latest or upcoming release.

Once you’ve got access to Spotify For Artists, here’s what you should do with your profile. Head to the Overview Tab to update or add: Header image. Avatar image (aka profile photo). Pin your artist pick (this expires every 14 days). Add any playlists you’ve created and would like featured on your profile in the “artist playlists” section. Head to the About tab to update or add: Photos for your image gallery. Bio. Link your socials!
