Are you folks sure of the barrel torque? I started assembly with two calibrated torque wrenches. Neither would reach 66 foot pounds in torquing down the barrel nut. In fact I reached 52-53 pounds and noticed that the Gas Piston Rod Assembly was torqued out of alignment about 5-10 degrees. In removing the barrel to reseat and re-torque the barrel, the barrel was slightly damaged. I think I can still use it, but I won't try to torque it to 66 foot pounds this time. After researching on line, a lot of folks had issue with the 66 foot pounds specified in the video. The TommyBuilt barrel wrench and mandrel I was using specified 45 foot pounds.

I noticed that the POf SEF Housing is on the right side with the SEF Pack. So the SEF Semi only trigger pack fits and functions in POF SEF Poly Housing?

I ported and have the match comp on mine now I need the SureFire with the laser light combo

Now you need a flared magwell for those 3 screws and a grip p,ug to hold gear and a set of better sight inserts. Also a rear sight with a notch we can replace as assembly or just the knob. Be nice to have a captive one like the 9x19mm H&K has tbh. Also a thicker barrel as well and options for us folks who want or have sbr's so we can add a can on a short barrel. Ideas for ya! 😊❤

Had issues with light strikes no fire and times when the trigger would not fire but after pulling the charge back it would, was able to replicate this with the trigger on the bench, had to re press the hammer back a 2nd time (while it was already back) for a fire. Went back to stock. User malfunction I don't know.

Your video saved me from destroying my MAC 5 supplied flash hider. Had difficulty removing it until I watched your video. Patience was still required because it was new piece and not lubricated. After I finally got it off, I lightly lubed and worked it so it can be installed and removed much easier. Great video and I will probably look into buying one of the 3rd types you showed that pop-on and pop-off with ease. HUUUUGE THANK YOU!
