Dear,DHA property is not a gambling.All over Pakistan property rates are increased.lets suppose DHA Gujranwala holds next balloting even after 2 years.But look forward all over situation in Pakistan and especially Property Market Will be better.DHA Gujranwala will not be the same and these files will be ballotted in very good blocks and these files Will be 3 fold increased.And this business investment is increased if three times is not a bad business.your approach and advice is really based on facts.

Meri 1 kansl file 2019 seah hai aur mera plot balloting mai nahi nikla. Yeah loopg sirf apnoo koah hii deah rahe hai plots. Fraud balloting 100%.

Its cost of land is starting from 80 lac plus development charges around 10 lac till date ,out of 32 lacs, plus 5 lac transfer charges

90% files haramzadoon ne OBF ballot ki hai officers ki. Ham ullo ke patthay hain 5 saal se intizar mai bethay hain. Doosra ballot hai files ballot nahi huin. 2 kanal ki or 2 10 marla ki.

DHA must annouce ahead of time but they announce in panic way...do not know why...let see what will happen in ballot..peoples are waiting since 2015..holding paper in hand only..
