Dear,DHA property is not a gambling.All over Pakistan property rates are increased.lets suppose DHA Gujranwala holds next balloting even after 2 years.But look forward all over situation in Pakistan and especially Property Market Will be better.DHA Gujranwala will not be the same and these files will be ballotted in very good blocks and these files Will be 3 fold increased.And this business investment is increased if three times is not a bad business.your approach and advice is really based on facts.

Meri 1 kansl file 2019 seah hai aur mera plot balloting mai nahi nikla. Yeah loopg sirf apnoo koah hii deah rahe hai plots. Fraud balloting 100%.

Its cost of land is starting from 80 lac plus development charges around 10 lac till date ,out of 32 lacs, plus 5 lac transfer charges
