Is there clog lessons in Chorlton / Manchester? Thinking of having a slightly informal clog session on a Sunday afternoon once a fortnight. .. maybe. The idea is to clog and develop rather than teach a dance. Also like the idea of other dance styles to come along.....
@bacchantedryad20 күн бұрын
So sorry I haven't seen this (a lot) earlier ... Hope you managed to get going with the clogging. Manchester Clogging is still going and they have classes on Saturday mornings in Chorlton or Stretford. You can find them on Facebook: facebook.com/groups/237066313035119

I have been informed since posting this video that there is still a shipbuilding yard in Whitby. Parkol Marine Engineering is a successful boat, ship and trawler building business. I also understand that, whilst fishing is still very much in evidence, it is perhaps not the flourishing trade that it once was.

please have an adjustment on those enamels.
@bacchantedryad9 жыл бұрын
kjw w Hi. I'm not sure what you mean by 'enamels'. I'm afraid that I'm a novice at editing though - and don't know how to adjust the colour balance as yet (if that is what you are referring to). Apparently Toyah herself appears rather whited out - rather like a sort of Tinkerbell - owing to new lighting technology which is meant to discourage the taking of illegal videos ...
@kjww54129 жыл бұрын
bacchantedryad Thank you for your response. I agree. Somehow the posting I originally made was for a different clip other than this "Whitened out" one.

Thanks for the reply. No worries. I often make inadvertent mistakes when it comes to technology :)

Hello Simon/the Doyles. Glad to hear that you are happy that I uploaded this video (that was some excellent playing there!). Apologies for not having taken note of your stage name at the time (I wasn't thinking about KZbin then!) - can't seem to amend the title unfortunately. I have a photo of you I took the previous day which you are welcome to have if you want it (just let me know an email address). Best wishes, Claire
