Mmm, this is a reasonable introduction to the concepts, but there is quite a lot of misinformation in this video. The Tesla M3 does not use DC motors! The vast majority of BEV charging takes place unsupervised overnight, when you gas a combustion car you have to be present, when you charge a BEV you plug in an walk away; just like your mobile phone, you don’t stand and watch it charge, you come back to it later.

If the EV can give back power to the grid during a time when demand is high, then does that mean you can plug your EV into a charger and actually lose charge?

EVs are not at all a sure thing. Sales are down significantly due to never actually performing as advertised; range that is fake, durability of the battery; battery self ignition / insurnace costs; all are problems that must be resolved for EVs to be a better alternative beyond that Lithium is not going to work, sodium or something else will be needed. USGS says there are trillions of tons of hydrogen gas trapped inside the earths crust if this proves true Hydrogen will be the future not EVs as the grid is mostly powered by fossil fuels.

So I’ll be excited to see V12.4, because the nags are just frustrating, because if you’re telling me the software is that good, and make no mistake about it, it is that good now, but if you’re going to make that assertion, then why not stop bugging me to keep my hands on the steering wheel, as that would suggest that you don’t have confidence in the software’s ability to drive the car in a safe manner, which I fine a little self-defeating, because you’re saying one thing, but you’re practicing something different by suggesting that what you said wasn’t quite true and that you lack confidence in the software’s ability to drive the car in a safe manner. So I’ve been driving on V12.3.6 for less than a month and I’ve already got 2 strikes for not having my hands on the steering wheel, which is ridiculous, so I know Elon has stated that V12.4, that the nags will be taken away, and they will only be there in case of a major safety intervention, and the drivers are not paying attention, and not taking corrective action to prevent what could possibly turn into some type of collision with another vehicle, putting yourself and your passengers at risk of injury in an unforeseeable situations and in undo danger. So overall, I think V12, is a major step forward over V11. Cheers 🥂

To be honest lot of the work companies like TCS or other service industries do is sort of design verification or certification paperwork. On paper, it looks like skilled work but the reality is it's just clerical work. Similar role in GCCs I know a friend working for Seimens gamesa. Her day-to-day job is basically trying to fill out an EU application form for wind component certification. Not down playing the role, it still pays good money relative to the Indian job market.
