This place has the exact same decor and furnishings as it did 13 years ago. Extremely outdated and found roaches in our villa. This place has gone down tremendously. It sits right next to a bar, strip club, and smoke shop. There’s a lot of crime in the area as well followed by lots of traffic and car accidents. Overall the area is not safe especially with tourists with children because of its surroundings and the villas themselves are dirty and not properly maintained.

All Tvs have since been replaced . New Bedding and Towels too. New AC unit March 2022.

We stayed here for 9 nights in August 2016, absolutely top quality well cared for and managed villa. We enjoyed every moment and look forward to returning. You'll not regret staying in Heron Villa.

I went there in July 2018 with my wife and two kids. We flew from Glasgow, Scotland with Tui. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had on holiday. Originally, we were told we would be staying within one of three areas: Haines, Cleremont or Davenport. We were totally surprised to end up in Kissimmee. I’m so glad it turned out like that. The villa was stunning, the area was neat and tidy, and the clubhouse (which was where you could hang out, or ask the staff any questions) was fantastic. My wife and kids were amazed at the wildlife around the resort: Armadillo, frogs, turtles, and all sorts of birds. We all felt safe and secure there. I could not fault the resort. It was fantastic. We have just booked the same resort for next year-I honestly can’t wait!
