I received one of these rc cars… have you had inconsistent esc performance on these? If so… how did you fix it?

Could you tell me what parts you used to upgrade that nikko trans am?
@jasonmitchell87338 ай бұрын
I used a tamiya factory speed controller, and any standard sized servo will work.

The only part I can’t figure out is the arm you used for the steering. I can’t find the exact one. I have a real 1986 Trans Am so it’s very important to me to have this working again.

What servo, speed controller, battery and receiver did you use exactly ?

It's been 4 years ... how has this guitar held up? Do you still own/play it? I have been thinking about a 12 String Tele, maybe a kit, maybe a Cozart and would like to see a long term review..

Hello, I was hoping you could tell me more about this model bass. Cause I have one of these, and I can't tell what the switches do. What's the on position and what's the off position? I tried the screwhead to the pickup with the guitar plugged into an amp, and get the knocking sound when the screwhead makes contact with the pup screws all the time, no matter what orientation the switches are in. edit: seemed like the switches were just very unresponsive but some polishing via mashing the switch back and forth a lot seemed to restore some expected results

Nice to see the innards of these finally. Ive had my eye on this rc to upgrade. But your video really helps me understand whats necassary. I love its motor sound but i bet it annoyed many a parents in the best decade ever...80s.

I have one of these! It's covered in stickers & plays like a charm!

Me too, I replaced everything on it, now it's great. $80 for the bass...a few hundred in parts. It's very light and comfortable, and fits in a guitar-sized case, so it was worth it in my opinion. It's a copy of a Teisco design from late-60s Japan, except for the hockey stick headstock

WAY too much brush tension(from the bottom while together press the brush springs in towards the brushes so the copper plates(springs) are more flat , didn't oil the top armature gear or shaft, or driven gear of shaft, or bottom center armature hole or rear driven gear shaft bottom hole.

Like the use of the tweezers to get at those small parts, especially the brushes. Thanks.
