I'm so happy to see your video. We've bought an exact same engine which is revving like crazy in 3 seconds after starting. And only by pushing the lever back to the right it's not going mental on us. The mechanics here in the US say;" it's because the engine isn't in the boat and there's no cable giving tention on it' Well, i'll give them your video, because it runs perfectly idle without a cable.
